Todd joins HVIA, after spending 6 years in a senior role for a related national peak body advocating for the heavy construction materials industry. In this role his advocacy was responsible for landmark decisions across the regulatory sphere, adding value back to the industry.
Prior to this role, Todd had senior roles in Government, both for the Federal Government and at State Government level in his home state of South Australia.
Todd graduated from Adelaide University in 2008 with Degrees in Law and Arts, where he majored in Politics. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia.
Todd has previously served as an elected member for a G6 Council in Adelaide and has contributed to numerous boards and committees across his professional life, including the Mine Safety Advisory Council, the Infrastructure Participation Panel, the Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Advisory Board, the Bays Precinct Reference Group and the Resources Advisory Forum.
